Attach document showing area or location of grill if necessary.

All grills shall be a minimum of 20 feet away from all buildings or combustible materials. Grill shall be placed on a non-combustible surface; e.g. asphalt, cement, gravel. A portable fire extinguisher is required to be present at the grill site, and readily accessible for use. Do not remove any portable fire extinguisher from any building!

Complete no later than 2 business days prior to event.
